New Blog Post – Deep Winter Reset

An image of a still pond, with trees all around the edges, beneath an overcast sky. There is a thin layer of snow on top of everything. It's the perfect weather for a winter reset.

This year is coming to an end. Once the chaos of the winter holidays passes, I like to retreat for a while. It’s a tradition of mine that I’m calling my Deep Winter Reset. It feels good for me to take this time to assess where I am, and how that relates to where I want to be. This month, I decided to write down what this process looks like for me in case it can be helpful to anyone else.

I hope the rest of your December contains only the best kinds of craziness and that you’re able to find however many moments of peace you need. Have a winter reset of your own if it suits you. I wish you and yours a wonderful holiday season and a New Year full of joy and blessings.
